This approach allows us to provide personalized, high-quality care without the constraints or limitations often imposed by insurance companies. While we do not bill insurance directly, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan and coverage. If you have private health insurance, you may be able to use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) for the membership. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm out-of-network benefits and reimbursement eligibility.

Sparq Health is not designated as a primary care provider (PCP), but we work closely with your current PCP to complement their care. We specialize in personalized hormone health and offer services like convenient virtual consultations, comprehensive blood work analysis, advanced diagnostics not typically provided by PCPs, and customized treatment plans tailored to your needs. Our care is designed to enhance your overall health alongside your PCP’s guidance and routine screenings.

The membership includes hormone replacement therapy (HRT) medications for both men (testosterone) and women (estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone). Any additional medications outside of the standard HRT options can be sent to your commercial pharmacy or obtained at a discounted rate through our partnered compounding pharmacies.
The cost of treatment depends on the type and quantity of medication prescribed and shipped. Initial costs may be higher as we work to adjust and optimize your dosage based on your symptoms and response to treatment.
