SMS and Text Messaging Consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies regardless of any other provision in this policy.

As a telehealth provider, Sparq Health handles Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Sparq Health. These messages may include:

  • Health information and program updates for which you have specifically opted in

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service from Sparq Health.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Sparq Health's services are intended for adults aged 18 and older, however we do see minors as patients with the express consent of their parents, and on a case-by-case basis.
